Project Overview

Redevelopment of the Forest Park precinct in Orbost, transforming a key community and visitor destination through construction of new recreational facilities, landscaping, parking and public amenities within a highly visible town-centre location.

Scope of Works

  • Landscaping and open space improvements

  • Parking facilities, including long-vehicle parking

  • Covered community and recreation areas

  • Associated civil infrastructure works throughout the precinct

Results

The completed redevelopment delivers an enhanced recreational and tourism asset for Orbost, providing improved facilities for residents, visitors and community groups while supporting the ongoing activation of the town centre.
