Road Maintenance Supervisor
Full‑Time, Fixed Term | East Gippsland Region | Immediate Start Available
We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on Road Maintenance Supervisor to support the delivery of our road maintenance contract across the East Gippsland region. Reporting directly to the Road Maintenance Contract Manager, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, leads by example, and enjoys working closely with crews to ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality outcomes.
GRADER OPERATOR
If you know your way around a grader and take pride in leaving a smooth, clean finish behind you, this role is for you. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Grader Operator to join our Road Maintenance team full‑time. You’ll be working across the stunning East Gippsland region on a wide mix of road maintenance projects - no two weeks look the same. Some travel and nights away are part of the gig due to the size of the municipal area.
Your day‑to‑day will include operating plant to tight tolerances, producing high‑quality road surfaces, and taking responsibility for delivering work to spec. You’ll also help guide other operators and support safe, efficient road operations.
