Apprentices & Graduates
Whelans supports people at the start of their careers, providing hands-on experience across civil construction, plant operations, engineering and project delivery. Apprentices and graduates gain exposure to real projects from day one, supported by experienced supervisors and structured on-the-job learning.
Operators & Supervisors
We employ skilled operators and supervisors across earthworks, haulage, quarries and traffic management. Our teams work with modern, well-maintained plant and equipment across major infrastructure projects, supported to lead safely and effectively within live and constrained environments.
Engineers & Project Staff
Our engineers and project staff deliver complex infrastructure projects across Victoria, working across planning, construction and integrated delivery environments. They are supported by experienced leadership, in-house technical capability and structured systems that enable disciplined project delivery.

Quarry manager

We’re serious about finding the right Quarry Manager to take ownership of three active quarry sites across Gippsland.
This is a key leadership role for someone who knows quarry operations inside out — someone who can drive production, lead people confidently, maintain high safety standards, and build strong customer relationships.
