Project Overview
Whelans Group delivers ongoing road network maintenance across East Gippsland, covering Far East Areas 3 and 4 and approximately 10% of Victoria’s road network.
The contract involves managing a large and geographically dispersed road network, including sealed and unsealed roads across alpine, coastal and remote environments. Works are delivered under performance-based conditions, requiring a responsive, coordinated approach to both routine maintenance and emergency events.
